• Does The Magician! tolerate the Microsoft Office Suite?
Version 1.1 support PowerPoint, Word and Excel, but will require that these software items are installed on all the machines concerned.

• What happens if we need more than 250 auditors?
The 249 auditor limit only applies PER conference controller, mainly for optimal performance reasons.
If your requirements are greater, this will require a larger scale infrastructure than that offered as standard, so we will study this with you.

• What happens after the first year?
You just need to renew your subscription in order to continue having your number of auditors and conference controllers.
There is no need to buy the software again, unless you want to upgrade.

• Who supplies the The Magician! multiuser server?
In the "standard" proposal, we supply it and host it (and it is included in the price).
We could also study the possibility of installing it on one of your machines.
